Your activity feed shows what’s happening on your observations and your contributions to others’ observations.
Opening Your Activity
- Home tab: Recent Activity shows your latest three items. Tap View all to open the Me tab, then tap Activity.
- Me tab: tap Activity (next to Your Observations) for the full feed.
What’s Included
- Confirmations of your observations, by community agreement or through iNaturalist Research Grade, and when they’re no longer confirmed
- Agreements with your IDs
- ID suggestions on your observations
- Comments on your observations
- Your own agreements, suggestions, comments and accepted suggestions on others’ observations
Each item shows what happened, who did it, a thumbnail of the observation and when it happened.
Responding
Tap an item to open the observation. From there you can reply, accept a suggestion, agree or suggest a different ID.
New Comments
On the Your Observations list, observations with comments you haven’t seen yet are highlighted. Opening the observation marks them as seen.
Refreshing
Pull down on the list to refresh it.
On the Website
Your Dashboard shows your recent activity too. See Your Dashboard and Public Profile.
Email Notifications
You can also be emailed about activity. See Email Notifications.
