Russula exalbicans, also known as the Bleached Brittlegill, is a species of mushroom belonging to the genus Russula. It is characterised by its cap, which can be 5 to 10 cm across and is convex, later flattening or becoming depressed. The cap's appearance is variable, ranging from greenish-white to having a rose-red or dull wine-coloured margin.
